   Joni has been licensed in the real estate industry since 2003 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006. She has experience assisting investors find unique income properties and brings a deep knowledge of local real estate trends and opportunities, usually before they come on the market. This comes from being a 4th generation native to Polk County.

   She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the local Lakeland Chapter of NARPM. She holds the Professional Residential Manager (PRM) designation and is working on the Residential Property Manager (RPM) designation. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors™, Florida Association of Realtors™ (FAR), East Polk County Association of Realtors™ (EPCAR) and Mid-Florida Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

   Sydney has been an asset to this leasing agency for many years. She is knowledgeable in many facets managing a property management company as well as day to day business operations and human resources and management. She has proven herself to be a vital team member and trusted liaison for our clients.
